an update i forgot to give

jc group has sold all shares and ownership/management rights to fantagio!! i’m not sure who the new owners are but it’s 2 or 3 korean companies who split the shares that jc group was holding, if i’m not mistaken. so fantagio now meets all the requirements to function as a legal company according to the laws laid out by KEMA!

if you’re completely confused what this is about, read up on the jc group-fantagio situation in this tag. to make it simple, jc group is the reason why astro had the hiatus in 2018.
